In preparation for possible site moves tonight due to the denial of service attacks.  Please update the TTL on your DNS record to be as low as possible, ie usually 300.  If we manage your DNS, do not worry about this, its already done.   Not sure? If you missed the post from yesterday, please note that StoreSecured is experiencing a denial of service attack since approximately 11:00am yesterday 1/10 and we have been working to combat it and keep all sites running properly. Site Slowness 1/10

We are currently experiencing some slower then normal site loading particularly with site images.  All sites are still operational just not operating as quickly as normal.  Technical support is working with our hosting provider Rackspace to determine the cause and to resolve it.  Once I have further information I will update this request. Customer Import Spec Changes

Effective Thursday January 5th there will be a small update to the customer import format specification.  Currently the customer import does NOT match the customer export format exactly.  We will be updating the customer import to match exactly with the customer export format. This change is being done to facilitate easier changes when changing via an exported customer file.
