Manage Server Unreachable 3:20pm PST

The manage server, ie http://manage.storesecured.com is currently unreachable.   All stores, sites and other services are operating as normal.  We are in contact with our host Rackspace currently to determine what is happening and get it corrected as soon as possible.  We expect restoration of the manage service very shortly.   We have no further information at this time. This Friday night 8/17/2012 at 11:30pm PST there will be a scheduled downtime of approximately 1-2 hours.  This downtime will affect ALL StoreSecured services EXCEPT email.  We will be upgrading our network hardware including the load balancer and firewall to support IPv6. One Step Checkout Beta Available
