New Feature: Inventory Search Report

A new report is now available to show the searches that customers are requesting.   Go to Inventory–>Reports–>Inventory Searches Search by date range to see the number of searches performed during that time frame.  A search phrase can be added to limit the report to only show searches matching a particular word, phrase etc.   Important note: Search information captured BEFORE 6/16/2013 will show all searches even if the same search is immediately done again by the same user.  Starting … Continue reading “New Feature: Inventory Search Report”

Mail Server Downtime

The StoreSecured mail server was down from approximately 3:45am to 4:45 am PST Saturday morning.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.  Our team was immediately alerted that an error occurred in our .NET install after a routine Windows update and it was repaired.  Any email that was missed during this downtime will automatically be delivered shortly.
