New Password Requirements

Change to Item Reviews

Important change coming Monday March 19th for item reviews.  Currently emails are sent x days after a purchase asking for the customer to review the item.  Effective monday this will be changed and the email will be sent x days after SHIPPING the order. The email and all other details relating to item reviews will stay the same.  The only change is that we will be sending the email x days after shipping vs x days after the purchase.

MaxMind Service Integration Upgrade

Support is now available for the MaxMind field RiskScore.  Please note that this is a newer Maxmind field that replaces the old FraudScore and is supposed to be more accurate at determining fraud vs good orders.   Not Using MaxMind? FedEx Upgrade Friday

The FedEx upgrade that could not be completed last weekend has been rescheduled for tomorrow, friday the 27th at 10pm Pacific time.   There will be no downtime associated with this upgrade, it is only an upgrade to the way that FedEx rates are retrieved.
