We are currently experiencing some slower then normal site loading particularly with site images. All sites are still operational just not operating as quickly as normal. Technical support is working with our hosting provider Rackspace to determine the cause and to resolve it. Once I have further information I will update this request. Customer Import Spec Changes

Effective Thursday January 5th there will be a small update to the customer import format specification. Currently the customer import does NOT match the customer export format exactly. We will be updating the customer import to match exactly with the customer export format. This change is being done to facilitate easier changes when changing via an exported customer file. SSL Certificate Updated

The Storesecured shared SSL certificate was nearing expiration and has now been renewed and updated. Please note that this change is transparent and will not affect your shoppers in any way. If you have chosen to display the SSL seal on your website at checkout then you will notice that the seal has been changed has well. This is the only visible change from the SSL update.

Special Holiday Support Schedule

Scheduled Downtime, Admin Interface 11/30

Saved Password Changes

Please note that effective immediately StoreSecured has changed our login procedure to remove our internal password saving functionality. This change is due to new PCI rules and regulations changes which prohibit the saving of this information. In order to stay PCI compliant we were required to make this change. Google and Robots.txt

Recently we have started getting questions from current merchants about a new error relating to the Google Product Feed. The error states: The submitted image URLs seem to be blocked by robots.txt. Google will not be able to display these images together with the products. Please change your robots.txt file to allow Google to download the image. We are currently in the process of moving to a new feedback system and the tab will be put back shortly. New Google Field Added…Availiability

The availability column is now available for editing and import/export for all stores. Google is requiring this column for their google merchant center feeds, if you are not using the Google feeds then it is not necessary. The default value for this column is automatic. Automatic means that the store will automatically determine if the item is in stock or not based on the current quantity in stock.
