The item review functionality will be changed effective tomorrow to remove the stars from the standard small item layout that displays just the item name and picture.   Several of our beta testers for the review functionality have indicated that this layout looks to busy with the stars included and therefore they will be removed. Google Merchant Center Feeds

Order Export New Field

Effective this Friday September 30th we will be adding an additional field to the end of the order export.  The new field name is Cancelled and this will display either a yes or no value depending on whether the order has been cancelled or not. Beta Testers needed for Item Reviews feature

StoreSecured is looking for merchants who are interested in being beta testers for our new item reviews functionality. The item review functionality can be turned on from General–>Item Settings.   Set the radio button for Item Reviews to be enabled. Once the item review functionality is enabled there are several other settings that can be customized for the reviews. New fields added to support Google Product Search

Starting September 22nd Google will start requiring new fields for merchants participating in the Google Product Search feeds.  Please see the following Google article http://www.google.com/support/merchants/bin/answer.py?answer=188494 We have added additional fields on the item edit and import areas to support these new requirements.  The new fields include the following: Color, Size, Material, Pattern, Gender, Age Group.  These new fields are required for certain types of items specifically apparel.  Please check with Google for further information on if your items require these new … Continue reading “New fields added to support Google Product Search”

Scheduled maintenance will be performed Sunday August 7th at 9:00pm pacific time. The maintenance will consist of database updates and internal security enhancements and will last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. During maintenance the sites and manage area will show the user a maintenance message asking them to return after the maintenance is complete.

Changes to navigation bar editing

Attribute changes NOT updated

The attribute price calculation changes previously mentioned in the blog and scheduled for tonights update have NOT been updated.  An error was detected during testing of the update and the changes were reverted.  We are very sorry for the inconvenience.  The attribute changes have been rescheduled for next weekend.

UPS Realtime Rates Issues updated 8:50am
