To change this functionality please visit General–>Checkout Settings Find the field labelled Apply Promotions Choose the radio button labelled Apply promotions on total of selected items The default promotion behavior for existing stores has not changed. Your handling will only change if you choose this new option.

All requests to login to the management portal received errors and anyone already logged in was experiencing extreme slowness in managing their stores. The issue was resolved as of 10:15am.
