New Feature: Recently Viewed Items

We now support the ability to show a shopper their most recently viewed items on the view cart page.  There is also a new linkable page recently_viewed_items.asp that will show a shoppers entire list of most recently viewed items. The recently viewed items page can be added to any navigation bar or as a manual link. 15 mins Unscheduled Downtime

At approximately 1:00pm PST one of the StoreSecured servers required an emergency reboot in order to properly function.  The reboot took approximately 15 minutes (due to a long update being applied at restart) and during this time all customer facing sites and the manage backend showed an error message about being unable to connect to the database. As of approximately 1:15pm PST all sites and the backend are again operating as normal. Scheduled Maintenance 11/20 9:00pm PST

Scheduled maintenance period Friday 11/20 9:00 pm – 10:00 pm PST for SSL certificate renewal and SSL security upgrades. During the maintenance window there will be expected downtime of between 10 – 20 minutes for each service, ie mail, stores, admin, ftp etc, while the server restarts and new SSL certificates are installed and the servers are rebooted.

New Feature: Out of stock attribute disable

We now support the ability to disable out of stock item attributes. For instance if you sell an item and it comes in small, medium and large but medium is sold out you can make that choice show in the dropdown but not be selectable (ie greyed out). StoreSecured Temporary Downtime

Update 9:10am The denial of service attack has now stopped and the extra restrictions we had in place are now removed. We are continuing to monitor the situation with our web hosting provider and will put back the restrictions again if the attack begins again to keep all sites running. Important Information for BluePay users

The following is important only to our users who utilize the BluePay payment gateway. Starting 5/20 transactions to BluePay were affected by a BluePay DDOS attack that caused BluePay to make some changes to their website to stop the attack. These changes caused our transaction processing with BluePay to break. Transactions were still sent to BluePay but all transactions were met with errors. Authorize.net Currently Down

Authorize.net is currently experiencing transaction processing issues and no transactions are being accepted by them at this time. Please note that this is an Authorize.net issue and not a StoreSecured issue. Authorize.net has posted on their status page at https://status.authorize.net/ and also on their twitter page that they are aware of the issue and are investigating. Currently all transactions to Authorize.net are returning errors.
