Authorize.net Issue Resolved

Authorize.net made some changes last night which were causing invalid certificate errors on transaction calls.  The issue has been resolved and Authorize.net transactions are now processing as normal.

Original Post

As of midnight Tuesday July 22nd, StoreSecured is experiencing errors on all Authorize.net transactions.  The error message states that our certificate is expired or invalid.  All of our certificates are valid and none have expired, recently expired or are soon to be expired.  We are investigating the issue and hope to have a quick resolution.

 

In the meantime, if your store is using Authorize.net as the payment processor we suggest changing it temporarily to no processor.  This will allow manual processing of the credit card transactions instead of customers receiving an error message.

General–>Payments–>Gateway

Under Gateway choose No Processor

Then select Save Changes
