Effective immediately new bot security measures have been added to the payment pages for StoreSecured merchants.  After multiple credit card declines a captcha will be shown to the user for them to prove that they are a human and not a bot.   As the declines continue the captcha will be shown each time and verification required to continue.  If there are several more declines the user will be temporarily blocked from processing a new payment for a period of time. … Continue reading “Payment Page Captcha Added”

StoreSecured now supports the ability to calculate the total for promotion validity based on only the items that are valid for a promotion vs the entire order total. To change this functionality please visit General–>Checkout Settings Find the field labelled Apply Promotions Choose the radio button labelled Apply promotions on total of selected items The default promotion behavior for existing stores has not changed. Your handling will only change if you choose this new option.

We now support the ability to disable out of stock item attributes. For instance if you sell an item and it comes in small, medium and large but medium is sold out you can make that choice show in the dropdown but not be selectable (ie greyed out).
