The file manager has been updated.  You can now create thumbnails at the same time that images are being uploaded. You can now search for customers by customer group.  From Customers–>search if you have customer groups in your store  you will see a new dropdown for customer groups.  Choose the group you want to search by to see only customers in that group.  By default all customers will be selected to allow you to search all customers from all groups.

How can I enable the new Beta shipping system? To enable the new way of calculating shipping please go to Shipping–>Settings and check the box labelled New shipping system.
