Please note that Mozilla/Firefox has released a new browser update as of the day before Thanksgiving ie Nov 21. Mail Server Issue Resolved

Attempts to retrieve mail during this time were met with an error message. Service to the mail server has been restored and emails delivered during the mail downtime are now being received from our backup server. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are in contact with our host Rackspace currently to determine what is happening and get it corrected as soon as possible. We expect restoration of the manage service very shortly.
