This weekend is the Labor Day Holiday and StoreSecured will be operating on limited support hours from Friday September 3rd – Monday September 6th. Live Chat Support will be available 7am-3pm PST on both days. Normal chat support hours will resume on Tuesday September 7th. The staff here at StoreSecured wishes everyone a safe and fun Labor Day.

Statistics Reset

An error has been detected in the statistics compilation from approximately June 19th forward. Due to this issue we will be resetting all statistics back to June 19th temporarily in order to recompile the statistics for these days. We expect this issue to be resolved by the end of the day today and all statistics will be correct after that time.

Shipping Issue 3/22

We regret to inform our merchants that from 12:30am – 8:30am this morning several StoreSecured merchants were experiencing shipping issues.  This issue impacted only merchants who were using the OLD shipping system.  During this time the system was incorrectly using the new shipping system for all merchants even those who had not chosen to use it. Added Shipping and Taxes Copy

Added the ability to copy existing tax rates and shipping methods.  The copy allows you to create shipping rates and taxes that are similar to existing rates.
