We will be upgrading and applying security patches for the database server. This will cause downtime for all stores and the store management portal. We expect the maintenance to last from 4-5 hours. A maintenance message will be shown while the sites are unavailable. Email will continue to operate as normal during the maintenance. During the maintenance window there will be expected downtime of between 10 – 20 minutes for each service, ie mail, stores, admin, ftp etc, while the server restarts and new SSL certificates are installed and the servers are rebooted.
