Scheduled maintenance period Monday 9/1 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm PDT for server operating system updates.   During the maintenance window there will be expected downtime of between 5 – 15 minutes for each service.  We expect each service, ie mail, stores, admin, ftp etc to go through a brief outage period of approximately 5 mins while the server restarts and after which service will be restored.

Scheduled maintenance period Saturday 5/17 7:30pm-8:30pm PST for server hardware upgrades.   During the maintenance window there will be expected downtime of between 15 minutes – 30 minutes during which the mail, ftp and manage sections of the admin interface will NOT be accessible.  All services except email will be restored after the initial 15-30 minute downtime.  The email maintenance will take 15-30 additional minutes to complete during which email will be unavailable.  All emails will be queued and delivered when email service is restored.   … Continue reading “Scheduled Maintenance 5/17 7:30pm”

Scheduled maintenance period Friday 4/18 9:00pm-10:00pm PST for load balancer update/preventative maintenance.   During the maintenance window there will be expected downtime of between 15 minutes – 60 minutes which  all store websites will be temporarily unavailable.  The admin services, ftp and email will remain operational.   Update 9:55pm The maintenance is complete.  It took longer than expected but all sites are now back up and running.  We are sorry for the delay a few issues were encountered during the update.  

Scheduled maintenance period Saturday 4/12 10:00pm-11:00pm PST for firewall replacement.   During the maintenance window all services, ie mail, ftp, websites, admin interface etc will be temporarily unavailable as the old firewall is turned off and the new one is started.   The downtime  is expected to last between 5 and 15 minutes.

StoreSecured will be performing a firmware update on the firewall 1/11 at approximately 9:30pm PST.   The downtime will last approximately 5-15 minutes and all stores, email and the admin interface will be temporarily unavailable. StoreSecured will be performing the final hardware upgrade before the holiday season tonight 11/9 at approximately 10:30pm PST.   The downtime will last approximately 15-30 minutes and all stores and the admin interface will show a maintenance message. StoreSecured will be performing an upgrade to our firewall and load balancer this Friday 10/25 between 11:00pm-11:59pm Pacific Time.   The downtime will last approximately 15-45 minutes during the maintenance window.   During the maintenance All services will be inaccessible for approximately 15-45 minutes during the maintenance  including email, ftp,  store management and stores.  All services will be put back online promptly as soon as the maintenance is completed.   Why is the upgrade required? Current Status The maintenance is now completed and all services are currently online and working as normal.     8:30 pm PDT Maintenance started and all devices were powered down and all services are now offline. 9:00 pm PDT Servers are physically being transported to the new data center. 10:40 pm PDT The servers have been moved and turned on.  Testing is now in process. 11:05 pm PDT All services are now fully functional and maintenance is completed.
