Reminder of upcoming maintenance next Friday October 4th at 8:30pm PDT.  Please review the original blog entry for more information.

Beginning Friday October 4, 2013 at 8:30 PM Pacific Daylight Time all of the StoreSecured servers will be taken offline to be moved to a new facility.  They will be back online no later than Saturday October 5, 2013 at 2:30 AM Pacific Daylight Time.   During the maintenance all StoreSecured services will be offline and unreachable.  This includes email, ftp, stores and the manage interface.    Our hosting provider,RackSpace, is shutting down the data center that our servers currently … Continue reading “Scheduled Downtime, Oct 4”

Mail server maintenance has been completed.  All email services are running as normal.   Note that the email server has been moved and all DNS now points to a new location.  If you are having any trouble connecting it could be that your DNS has not properly updated.  First try hitting CTRL + F5 to force an update.  If CTRL + F5  does not work you can temporarily use the alternate address of automail.storesecured.com, ie if using webmail http://automail1.storesecured.com   … Continue reading “Mailserver Maintenance Completed”

The mail server is now down for scheduled maintenance, once it is back a new update will be posted.

StoreSecured will be performing an upgrade to our email server on Saturday 8/24 at 9:00 pm Pacific Time. The scheduled maintenance period will last approximately 30-60 minutes. StoreSecured will be upgrading our email server software to the latest version of Smartermail this Sunday, May 12th at 9:00pm PST.   We expect the upgrade to be relatively quick with only a few short periods of downtime between 9-10pm PST.  During maintenance the email servers will, at times, be temporarily unavailable for sending/receiving email.  Any emails sent or receiving during any periods of downtime will automatically be received shortly after the maintenance is over. This Friday night 8/17/2012 at 11:30pm PST there will be a scheduled downtime of approximately 1-2 hours.  This downtime will affect ALL StoreSecured services EXCEPT email.  We will be upgrading our network hardware including the load balancer and firewall to support IPv6. Scheduled maintenance will be performed Sunday August 7th at 9:00pm pacific time. The maintenance will consist of database updates and internal security enhancements and will last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. During maintenance the sites and manage area will show the user a maintenance message asking them to return after the maintenance is complete.
